Oliveira Contracting was formed by Carmelina Oliveira in April of 2003 with a focus to capitalize on her administrative experience within the concrete industry, and utilizing the substantial background, experience, and strong industry field managerial successes of its staff.

Along with our financial growth, we have increased our client base to include Government agencies such as New York City Transit Authority, New York City School Construction Authority and the Army Corps of Engineers in addition to a continued dedication to the private construction sector. Under these fluctuating economic times, Oliveira Contracting, Inc. is actively pursuing new challenges in the construction industry. Relying on our previous successes, and utilizing the experience obtained over the last few years, we have broadened our expertise and look to provide our clients with a one stop shop for all their construction projects. It is the belief and focus of the company to continue to grow from past experiences, successes, and an exceptionally strong field structure, as a respected and preferred contractor in the greater New York area.
