Our company performs all phases of sub-surface soils and foundation exploration, including continuous sampling, undisturbed sampling, water observation wells, foundation probes, environmental testing, asphalt/concrete coring, soil bearing reports and geotechnical evaluation reports. We also offer foundation and sanitary design. Standard drilling procedures utilized including Hollow-Stern augers and cased methods of obtaining samples. For environmental impact studies, standard drill procedures are coupled with installation of monitoring wells using 1.5 inch to 4 inch PVC with #2 gravel pack and Bentonite sealing methods. Technical inspection services utilize employment of specialized personnel experienced in varying aspects of construction inspection techniques.
