Originally organized as restoration and alteration specialist, Sanders has expanded its base of expertise to include commercial, residential, industrial and public alterations and additions, as well as new construction in all areas and real estate development. Additionally, the company engages in joint-venture opportunities which involve out-of-area construction and development.  Major projects under consideration include historic restoration, urban renewal and extensive multi-dwelling construction.
