Galaxy has become a prominent developer, contractor, and manager of low and moderate income housing. Galaxy has rehabilitated or constructed approximately 235 buildings with almost 6,500 units, as well as numerous two, three, and four family homes. Many of the projects completed by Galaxy involved rehabilitation of apartment buildings (both occupied and vacant), and construction of new apartments and commercial space. Over 85 projects were complete gut-renovations.
