A & M Engineering Services, Inc. performs pre-purchase home inspections or home inspections for homeowners prior to placing their home for sale. The purpose of the home inspection is to identify items that need to be repaired and the significance of the item. A & M only uses a New Jersey Licensed Home Inspector and an ASHI Certified Inspector who is also a Licensed Professional Engineer to perform home inspections. The home inspection report is a detailed narrative of the inspection, and lists the items that need to be repaired by category. Our home inspectors are available to answer questions either during or after the home inspection.
