Rosemar Construction Inc. was founded in 1988 by Robert Garone, primarily as a paving company. Since that time, Rosemar Construction Inc. has expanded into a full-service paving contractor serving residential, municipal, commercial and industrial customers throughout Suffolk County. Rosemar Construction's crews are experienced employees that have extensive knowledge in all areas of asphalt paving and maintenance. Each crew is lead by a Forman who is equipped to make on site decisions. Every job is overseen by job superintendents who work closely with project managers and owners to ensure each customer is receiving a quality job adhering to the specifications required on each site.
