The range of services provided by Domenech Hicks & Krochmalnic Architects include existing conditions assessments, feasibility studies, community planning/"visioning”, space program development, master planning, urban design, architectural building design, space planning/interior design and construction administration. We focus on two client groups - non-profit organizations that develop affordable housing and public transportation agencies. DHK regularly works with established, well-known engineering, landscape architecture, land development and cost estimating consultants in our geographic areas. We team with these firms - both as prime consultants and as sub-consultants, as is appropriate for the specifics of a project.
