The Council's mission is to promote the uses, benefits and advantages of quality ready mixed concrete by educating the public and private sectors. The Council has been formed by a strategic alliance with - and initially funded by - the NYC Ready Mixed Concrete Industry Advancement Fund (IAF) and The Northeast Cement Shippers Association (NECSA). The Board of Directors of the NYC Concrete Promotional Council is comprised of the leader's executives from the concrete, cement, aggregate, admixture and related industries.
