We provide full property management services including: Snow & Ice Control Services, Site Inspections, Parking Lot Maintenance, All Phases of Landscaping, General Contracting, and much more. We presently self perform and manage Landscaping and Parking Lot services, as well as Snow Management, for CVS Corporation, Sleepy’s Mattress and many properties for CB Richard Ellis - Global Corporate Services. In the past we have also self performed and managed Landscaping and Parking Lot services for Rite Aid and Exxon Mobil. Our self performing areas cover: New York: Long Island, 5 Boroughs, Hudson Valley, Staten Island Connecticut: The entire state New Jersey: Northern New Jersey We have been successful in networking with Sub Contractors to provide landscape and snow services in: Buffalo/Rochester/Albany Markets, Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and all the Northern New England states. Within the past year, by joining PRSM, we have been able to branch out and expand our networking core. We are also members of SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association). We also have developed quite an extensive Snow Plow Management System. We provide this service in all the areas mentioned for landscaping, plus- Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia.
