Pollard Construction Inc., founded January of 1975, is a full service commercial general contractor. The bulk of our work encompasses the Tri-State area of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, and the northern area of Maryland. Our Construction forte' includes interior renovations of banks, office space, office warehouse, and tenant finish projects and renovations, interior and exterior. We cater to a variety of construction projects and needs to assist our clients project the image they require. Pollard Construction is a trusted name offering quality workmanship for over 30 years. We are the contractor to call for cost-effective construction and alteration work performed by skilled, competent workers, carefully supervised by our V.P. of Operations, Bob Bryan. Most trades are performed "in-house" by our own direct labor force for finish carpentry, demolition, drywall, ceilings, cabinetry, and painting. This gives us better control over cost, quality, and scheduling.
