It serves residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility customers; residential customers account for about 55% of the utility's water sales. Artesian pumps nearly 2 billion gallons of water annually from its wells, then sends it to customers through approximately 1,300 miles of mains. The company also provides wastewater services in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
