These services ensure timely and efficient delivery of the finished project and ensure the highest possible standards of quality with on time completion. As a Construction Manager, Unity acts on behalf of the client – we serve as the owner’s agent during the pre-construction and construction process. This procedure is contracted directly with the client. Unity becomes a member of the project team, which also includes the owner and designer, but our primary role is to represent our client throughout the project.
