Independent General Contracting (IGC) is a self-performing general contractor serving Long Island, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Combined expertise includes structural demolition, earthwork, concrete, and general construction to address a market need for hands-on, client-focused services. We own and maintain a fleet of over 50 pieces of heavy equipment, allowing us to mobilize quickly and control quality at every stage.
