I am Thomas Leigh, I founded Gemini Waterproofing & Restoration Corp in 1989 in a small office in mid-town working closely with Mr. Bernie Mendik, Mr. Mickey Palin and Mr. Nathan Brodsky - keeping their building structurally safe and waterproof. We have since grown to servicing a wide variety of NYC’s commercial and residential properties for these past 28 years. Our projects have included both new construction and building envelope restoration and waterproofing.
