David Salerno was imaginative and creative in his approach to our problem. He knows how to utilize Bison pavers well in urban roofscape settings. He's a good listener, even when he's listening to a lot of voices saying different things (such as what happens with a typical coop committee!).

I used New York Roofscapes to build out a roof deck space on my newly purchased house. They have a team of highly dedicated and creative professionals who are very easy to work with. Once they started, the project moved very smoothly and the deck was finished within my tight budget and given time. I couldn't be happier with my new roof and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family.

David and New York Roofscapes did a major buildout of my unfished roof space. I know have wood decking, a storage closet, a pergola with retractable shade and an outdoor kitchen with natural gas grill, sink and ice maker. Also, planters (with plants), an irrigation system, a day bed, and lighting. Most of the design was created by David taking into account all the elements I wanted. My space has some unique challenges (like tremendous wind) so they had to be creative to incorporate certain pieces. You know how they say projects like this always go over budget? Not this one, it was delivered at the promised cost. You know how they say projects like this always take longer than expected? Well that part actually did happen But it's done now and done well! I couldn't have asked for more trustworthy people to work with.

A terrific Company for elegant outdoor design. They executed a gorgeous corporate terrace for me, with a somewhat difficult client. The results were lovely, on time and on budget. Great Folks, great colleagues.
