For over 35 years, I have been arranging Commercial Real Estate Financing for developers, investors, builders, and owners. Financing has come in the form of debt (construction, permanent, acquisition, bridge or mezzanine), equity or a JV partner. By now I have arranged close to $ 1 billion of transaction value. I concentrate on funding requests of $1M or greater. Recent assignments include a $13M equity raise/JV partner for an Assisted Living Facility in Tampa, FL, a $2.5M equity/JV Partner for a condominium to be built in Lefferts Gardens Brooklyn and a land loan for an 18-unit single family site in Westchester County. I am very capable at what I do.
 
Also included in the types of deals I have arranged financing for are funding for spec. houses and acquisitions and development loans for single family developments. The sources of capital I work with are both institutional & private and domestic & foreign. I will of course seek new sources for specialized situations. The capital sources I am working with are actively seeking sound real estate opportunities to put their money to work in.
