The Smith Companies are a family owned and operated complete site contractor that offers turnkey solutions for projects of all sizes. We combine old fashioned values with youthful enthusiasm to provide the highest quality deliverables. Wally and his brother Dave worked primarily in the areas of residential site work, utilities, and concrete foundations throughout the 70’s and into the 80’s. In 1988, Wally and Dave incorporated and started W&D Smith and Sons and in the early 90’s supplemented their residential work with diverse commercial projects.
