Pelco is a general contractor that self performs i.e. site work, excavation, shoring, concrete, site services, rough and finish carpentry; Pelco’s self-performing scopes are supported by our multi-million dollar investment in construction trucks and equipment. Any other scopes of work needed to complete a project are subcontracted out to all necessary subcontractors to complete the various projects. Pelco obtains its contracts through the bid process and private negotiations.
