In 2007, Jay Kushner formerly of Altieri, Kushner, Miuccio & Frind, P.C., which specialized in Labor Law and Construction Law, ERISA, as well as Corporate transactions, and Wills and Estates, became of counsel to the firm. James P. Corcoran, has been of counsel to the firm since its inception.
