Dunne & Markis is a structural engineering firm with each partner having over thirty years of experience in projects of varying types and natures, involving not only new construction, but also the analysis of existing structures. We are particularly proud to have participated in restoration work on landmark buildings. The variety of our work has required not only familiarity with the materials used in concrete, steel, masonry and wood construction, but also more decorative historic materials such as cast iron an terra cotta. Our team has prepared feasibility studies as well as construction documents for various clients. Dunne & Markis strives to be current in our acquisition and use of various computer applications and hardware. At this time, we have capabilities for structural analysis with various computer software programs, as well as vector works for computer aided design and drafting.
