Woodward Construction Company is a third generation, family owned and operated construction company based in Matawan, NJ. The company was founded in 1957 by Charles K. Woodward Jr.. James Reilly joined the firm in 1961 and oversaw all field operations. Charles retired in 2001 and the company has since been headed by his son, Charles Brett Woodward. Shawn Reilly has taken over the field operations.
