American Civil Constructors West Coast LLC is a Union Heavy Civil Construction company located in Benicia, CA.  For almost 30 years, ACC West Coast has constructed, retro-fitted and repaired many high profile bridges throughout California and around the country.  With an experienced management team and an “out of the box” approach to problem solving, ACC has a reputation for building quality work in a timely and cost effective manner.  We are one of the largest installers of polyester overlays and high friction surface treatments in the united states.
In recent years we have branched out become a nationwide installer of these overlays, in addition to bridge rehabilitation and repairs.
