New Era Construction and Management LLC was founded in November of 2007 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Since it’s inception and more than twenty years of experience, New Era takes pride in the quality of they’re workmanship and relationships with they’re clients. We’ve built and rehabilitated over 100 units over the years.
