Manzi Homes East is an established construction company located in eastern Long Island. Joseph G. Manzi, the founder of the company, started building in the early 1970’s. Since that time, we have built over 800 homes ranging in size from 1000 square feet to 6500 square feet. No matter the size of the home, we maintain the highest standards in the quality of our construction. We use the same materials, hire the same contractors and put in the same dedication. All of our customers have the opportunity to meet with an architect to custom design their home. You also will be working with a kitchen designer to custom design your cabinet layout, wood finish and countertop color. Individual selections of your roof, siding, carpet, paint, and ceramic tile are given as well. Manzi Homes East has many building sites available throughout eastern Long Island. We will build your house plan, if you have a particular one in mind, or you can select one of our many models. We will also build on your property.
