CAI is a full service general contractor and construction manager. Our corporate offices are based in Mamaroneck, NY. We are builders, not brokers. We employ our own team of qualified craftsmen in order to maintain control over the quality of work we perform. An experienced office staff made up of estimators, schedulers, and procurement specialists work seamlessly with our field staff of seasoned project managers, supervisors, carpenters, and laborers.
