Established in 1973, Bay Ridge Security started with 4 employees and one client. 38 years later Bay Ridge Security has over 150 guards and is providing over 6,000 weekly hours of security guard service to clients at various locations throughout New York State. Bay Ridge Security is certified as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise by the NYC Dept. of Small Business Services (cert#:MWCERT2012-43, exp. 1/31/2017) Fully licensed & insured, Bay Ridge Security provides licensed armed and unarmed uniformed security & FDNY certified fire safety personnel for construction sites. We are experienced in providing service for a wide variety of construction clients, including construction site security (multi-phase & short term armed or unarmed security guard protection), FDNY Certified Fire Guard services, marked vehicle patrols of multiple sites for contractors with multiple jobsites but limited resources, warehouses, shipping container storage sites, and residential construction projects. In addition BRS has extensive public sector experience working on NYC SCA subcontracting site security services, as well as being the prime requirements contractor on contracts with NYS OGS, NYS DOT, NYS Tax & Finance, Hudson River Park Trust, NYS Dept of State/Division of Licensing, and NYC HPD. We are experienced in providing certified payrolls, watch clock/electronic tracking reports, GPS tracking on all vehicles, onsite camera/streaming accessibility, and dedicated site phones, radios, and safety equipment.
